How it Started
FullFill emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic with a simple observation: Filipino entrepreneurs are rising, have incredible ideas, but often lack the infrastructure to grow, be more efficient, and scale. We set out to change that.
Founded by Joy Chua and Che Secillano, two veterans in the retail and entrepreneurial industry who have experience spanning over 30 years, have a deep understanding of unique challenges of small to medium entrepreneurs.
